   Proposal

  

DAPA Research has a better understanding of Massachusetts demographics and trends based on our experience and performance including existing primary and secondary sources in the polling industry.

    We have gained a greater insight of likely voter’s attitudes towards their futures, their political leaders, and the key issues driving each race.  Our unique mix of corporate, political, and academic superiority is envied in the polling industry.

    You will receive from us a level of personal attention and involvement in your project that few other pollsters will match.  We restrict our clientele to a limited number of worthwhile endeavors, like yours, in which we feel a real stake.  We are a very “hands on” firm; we believe that guarantees the production of a marketing tool - a compass - to direct your data, planning strategy, and final report.

     We are proposing the following two phases for your review. Phase I would service your initial need to secure benchmark information to help determine your strategy, issues, and focus.  Phase II would track your progress and determine net impact of existing strategy and adjust strategy based on the polling to secure victory in the Final Election in November.

Field Work

  • Survey research will include but not be limited to:

  • Design of survey instruments

  • Minimum 95% confidence level/Maximum error rate of +/- 5% foR cumulative study

  • Design of sample frame

  • Screen questions to likely universe of respondents

  • Gender, age, and geographical quotas reflecting existing real census data

  • On-site, real-time, or telephonic monitoring to guarantee verifiable execution

  • Production of cross-tabulation tables including banner point  Referencing and analysis

  • Production of final report including summary, graphs, cross-tabulation analysis, and recommendations

  • Assisting client with “Distribution Capsule” for the successful corporate, political, agency, and/or media distribution of results

  • Press availability to answer statistical questions from governmental agencies, journalists, media outlets, and other pollsters

Travel Costs

   Reasonable travel costs related to the survey in either option are included in the bid.

Administrative Expenses

   Administrative expenses such as overnight mail delivery, long distance telephone charges, faxes, and on-line services are included in the bid.
